Position Overview:On a short term engagement our client is seeking a ServiceNow Platform specialist to work across key enhancements on their PPM tool, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our system enhancement project. You will work closely with our clients team to understand requirements, design robust solutions, and oversee their implementation within a tight time frame. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Service Now professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of their project. 3 days on site and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope for system enhancements within the ServiceNow PPM tool.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Lead the implementation of system enhancements, working closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery within the 3-month time frame.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members, helping to accelerate the project timeline.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the ServiceNow platform to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the PPM tool.
- Strong architectural skills, with the ability to design complex solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
- ServiceNow certification(s) in Architect or related areas is highly desirable.
