Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking highly organised, motivated, team-oriented applicants to join our Corporate Learning and Development team.
As a Program Support Officer, Learning & Development, you will provide efficient and effective Program Support for an eclectic range of Learning and Development programs delivered at CAHS. The role also includes monitoring and reporting on programs for the Manager Learning and Development and the wider CAHS Learning and Development team, triaging and/or responding to program enquiries, and limited administration of Corporate Learning Management System.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support to senior members of the Learning and Development team in their analysis, design, development, and implementation of programs, with a particular focus on coordination and support for delivery.
- Serving as the first point of contact for enquiries to the Learning and Development team.
- Secretariat to the Learning, Development and Capability Committee.
- Supporting the administration of the Learning Management System.
- Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively to the target audiences.
