You will be an experienced leader and project manager with a track record of delivering existing contracts, leveraging relationships and developing new ones within the Plumbing Maintenance world.
Duties:
- Receive and process job/work requests via phone, email etc
- Use job management software to manage work-flows and job creation
- Manage invoicing
- Prepare Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
- Complete OHS and compliance documentation
- Update procedure guides and ensure compliance
- Ensure procedures are adhered to by workforce across documentation, OHS & general conduct
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new ones
- Maintain accurate records
- Adhere to existing policies and contribute to updating and developing new policies and procedures
- Liaise with project delivery teams to obtain information relating to defect rectification
- Work closely with end user clients during handover process and maintain good working relations
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within existing client base and the wider market
