ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Operations Admin Support Team at Mainfreight. This role will involve working with our Operations night team and you will be responsible for all the administration duties associated with the loading and expediting of freight out of the Larapinta depot.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open Mainfreight units and set up departure sheets with weights and unit types
- Enter connotes on manifests and verify data.
- Check units for manifest/connote errors & unopened connotes.
- Complete, check and verify delivery paperwork for trucks.
- Prepare load plans, DG paperwork and update photos when required.
- Complete, download and send reports.
- Liaise with drivers and loaders to ensure correct information is attached to the manifests/connotes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Be able to work within a strong focused team environment.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- An eye for detail and a customer focused attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure within stringent time frames.
