How will I help?
This role is apart of the Return to Work Program
Your role will be key in providing high quality project coordination, governance reporting and operational support to Technology Transformation including the Records Management Office with a view to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with members of the Practice & Portfolio Governance team to support our Technology Transformation & Portfolio Office.
Your role will include:
Assisting in the tracking, management, approval and setup processes for resource requests
Coordinating team meetings, including agenda, minute taking (as appropriate), booking rooms, organising equipment
Preparing communications and draft content for change initiatives and BAU activities
Assisting in the approval process for funding requests, invoices etc.
Act as primary point of contact for the team to assist and resolve ad-hoc queries and requests.
Supporting ad-hoc requests for team information from HR, finance, property etc
Inventory management for Mobile devices and technology
Setup up email distribution lists, office emailers
Keep team up to date with Group news, operational bulletins, releases and changes to support technology and other areas of the business
Assisting project managers with governance and project reporting.
Providing assistance with project compliance

What do I need?
Proven experience in a team support role providing a broad spectrum of administrative assistance
Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience across a variety of processes including invoicing and SOWs
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent planning and time management skills
Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail and follow through
