ABOUT THE POSITION.
Prepare, present and oversee project governance for the projects including project documentation, status reports, risks and issues and change control to align with Council?s Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and frameworks.
Provides technical support to PMO
Leads Gate Reviews as required within Council?s Project Management Framework
Undertakes Project Audits and Health Checks
Coordinates flow of documentation between key stakeholders for Gate Reviews
Schedules reviews according to the Project Management Lifecycle phases
DUTIES.
Assist in developing PMO templates and documentation, including Gate Review checklists and reports.
Produce Gate Review summary reports in a consistent, yet simple approach
Coordinate and schedule Gate Reviews as required through the Project Management Lifecycle.
Undertake the necessary steps to verify information provided by project managers and delivery teams.
Validate Schedules, Delivery method/Resource requirements and Cost Plans.
