Join an Australian organisation as a PMO Administrator as they embark on a company wide transformation. In this role you will be responsible for Portfolio, Program and Project administration management supporting the successful execution across the broader PMO reporting into the General Manager for Transformation and PMO.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring project governance, management of project resource allocations and accurate project record keeping and reporting.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Portfolio, Program and Project Governance against the approved Project Manual and Project Frameworks including management of all artefacts and documentation
- Ownership of the administration management
- Performance reporting to senior leadership, executive leadership and company board
- Identify opportunities to maintain and grow the maturity of the PMO
- Building effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
You will have:
- 5+ years PMO administration experience
- Experience working in a structured PMO environment
- Ability to balance competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
