Your New Role

• Leadership and Clinical Governance: Oversee all podiatrists across the Royal Melbourne Hospital ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and high-quality patient care. Lead the Podiatry profession strategically.
• Management and Service Excellence: Manage the podiatry service to operate efficiently within budget, fostering a cohesive team aligned with RMH’s goals. Champion excellence in healthcare through teaching, research, and learning initiatives.
• Collaboration and Integration: Work collaboratively with other managers and directors to ensure podiatrists are valued members of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to patient care, quality improvement, and achieving organisational objectives.

About You

• You have extensive experience with a proven track record in podiatry, including both acute and sub-acute settings, and demonstrated clinical skills in diabetes foot related complications.
• You are a collaborative leader with a proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, along with proficiency in financial and human resources management
• You are a dedication to upholding the "Melbourne Way" values and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
