Responsibilities

• Conducting daily reconciliation of fund NAV, cash, and positions
• Executing key operational tasks for ETF settlements, trade processing, and cash management
• Monitoring trade settlements to ensure timely completion
• Coordinating with external service providers and internal teams
• Assisting in project implementation, initiatives, and operational enhancements

The Person

The successful candidate will need to have some fund administration experience and some exposure to back-office support. The opportunity will suit someone looking for a step up to join a recognised name within the funds management space.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in fund administration, custody, or investment management
• Knowledge of or experience in the ETF industry is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach
