Job Role: Team Assistant
Location: Brisbane
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + (Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is currently seeking a hardworking and organised administrator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide essential support and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- General day to day administration support for the office and team members
- Diary management, meeting arrangement and coordination
- Answering incoming calls and taking concise messages
- Ordering office supplies, stationary, food and refreshments
- Recruitment administration support – onboarding, HR processes and documentation
- Preparing candidates before they start work including ongoing follow ups
- Managing candidate files in the system
- Working closely with the operations manager to support with overflow of duties
- Managing schedules, implementing processes and procedures
- Documentation and presentations
- Ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar role would be beneficial including administration, office support or HR administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
- Strong team player and collaborator
