About the Role
The Portfolio Coordinator role will ensure the smooth operation of IT projects and ongoing activities. You will manage project portfolios, handle financial reporting, and support governance under the guidance of the Portfolio Manager. Additionally, you will oversee people management and recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for cash flow reporting, portfolio financial reviews, and secretariat duties for governance groups
  • Manage commercial agreements, portfolio assets, and resource planning, including contract renewals and equipment allocation
  • Identify and implement process improvements, lead small projects within the portfolio
  • Manage portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies, provide support for project staff development

Who we are looking for
You will have demonstrated experience in contract administration, project scheduling, MS Office proficiency, HR processes, and leading small teams. You should also possess a strong understanding of project methodology/frameworks and excel in attention to detail, communication, and written abilities.

You will also have:

  • A relevant degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training
  • Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, tracking and administration of project budgets, and forecasts
  • Demonstrated experience with administration of invoices and purchase orders, including closure activities at end of period and end of year
