Central Regional TAFE is responsible for delivering customer focused, industry aligned training and pathways to higher education to build a skilled, productive and employment ready workforce. We deliver 185 courses to 10,000 students each year in the Mid West region - Geraldton, Batavia Coast Maritime Institute and Technology Park, the Gascoyne region - Carnarvon and Exmouth, the Goldfields region - Kalgoorlie and the Wheatbelt region - Northam, Merredin and Moora.

About the role
Manages the development and delivery of training programs and services in the portfolio. Undertakes business development, identifies new opportunities and builds strong and effective relationships with stakeholders to meet their diverse training needs. Contributes to College strategic and business plans, supports the College's values and promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Manages human, physical and financial resources relevant to the Portfolio.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in leading teams, come from a management or training delivery background; with a focus on innovation, achieving outstanding results whilst building productive relationships with stakeholders and substantial functional knowledge in the areas of planning, managing and implementing training delivery.
