Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and passionate LiveBig team!
- Full-time or Part-time (minimum of 3days) & Permanent
- Can be based anywhere in Sydney, Central Coast or Wollongong (hybrid role)
- You will have a diverse caseload providing high quality support in home or community settings such as schools and group homes
- Develop person-centred, evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support plans in line with the person’s goals and NDIS plans
- Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical & interpersonal assessments of people in a range of environments
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills
- Full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload

About You!
- Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline and registration with the NDIS Commission (Core minimum)
- Experience in facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for clients and families
- Some experience in positive behavioural support work
- Fun! We want passion and excitement for the meaningful work we do
- A current Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, satisfactory police check to meet the requirements of the role
- Eligible to apply for/currently hold NDIS worker screening check, WWCC and police check
- Drivers license and use of own vehicle
