About the role:
We are looking for a Power BI developer with experience creating dashboards and reports for the Enterprise Assets Management system (IBM Maximo) and a strong background in data analytics and visualisation.
This requirement is for one of our clients from the energy and utility sector.
Key requirements summary:
Technical
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer
- 3+ years in Power BI (dashboard development)
- Must have recent experience and strong knowledge of IBM Maximo (Enterprise Assets Management system) or similar EAM products.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Dax, M-query
- Experience working with large data sets, data manipulation and presentation of key visualisations into a form easily understood by others
- Strong data transformation skills, with proven experience performing data cleaning exercise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with and manage a range of stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve deadlines and desired outcomes
- Ability to work independently, being organized and self-motivated
- Knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure and Electricity Networks / Energy and Utilities Sector
- Tertiary qualifications in analytics, business, systems, engineering or a related discipline
