Pr Manager

Join our clients team as a Public Relations Manager and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's presence and reputation in the healthcare and wellness sector. We're looking for an experienced professional with a knack for media relations, storytelling, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with our brand's mission and regulatory standards.
• Foster relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in healthcare and wellness.
• Manage external communications, ensuring they reflect our brand voice and comply with regulations.
• Monitor industry trends to capitalize on brand exposure opportunities and position us as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain consistent messaging across channels.
• Lead crisis communication efforts to safeguard our brand reputation.
• Measure and report on PR campaign effectiveness, guiding future strategies.
• Mentor and lead the PR team toward excellence and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure communications meet regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute media communications strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in quarterly media relations planning and performance measurement.
• Contribute to high-level PR strategic planning.
• Produce regular media placement reports for analysis.
• Implement PR initiatives to support broader objectives.
• Develop tailored narratives and press releases for media pitches.
• Secure brand stories' placement in key media outlets.
• Manage contributor stories and target media lists.
• Ensure compliance with approval processes and manage visibility opportunities and risks.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' PR experience, with 2 years in a management role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proven success in developing and executing PR campaigns.
• Excellent media relations and writing skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
