We do this in-person (with our established Bricks & Mortar ‘Exercise Studio’ and ‘In-Home’ services) AND we do it online with our global Fitness Programs for adults 55+.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our leadership team and help expand our impact.
About You
You are a customer-orientated and operationally-minded person, with strong business acumen. You have a proven track record in a similar Practice Manager or Health Operations or Aged Care Operations role.

About the Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising day-to-day operations to improve efficiencies and drive growth across all 3 product divisions of the business (In-Home, Studio, and Online).
You will be a member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily operations including customer support, accounts, and HR.
- Creating and managing company systems, procedures and infrastructure, looking for opportunities for improvement or revision.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Leading and managing the administration and customer service team - including recruitment, project management, training, coordinating rosters and leave requests
- Closely working with the In-Home Manager, Studio Manager and Online Manager to facilitate a seamless client experience AND drive growth in these product divisions.
- Working closely with the CEO to forecast and manage operating expenses.
- Overseeing client scheduling in collaboration with the Customer Support team and the Product division Managers.
- Maintaining client records within our CRMs
- Maintaining all company files according to our file management systems
- Developing and nurturing relationships with partner providers and other stakeholders.
- Abide by all relevant legal requirements including occupational health and safety, privacy, equal opportunity.
- Represent the Be Mobile Physiotherapy brand including presenting yourself in a neat and respectable fashion.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in a similar Practice Manager or Health Operations or Aged Care Operations role.
- Knowledge and experience in customer service . ‘Foster connection’ is our core value of Be Mobile’s, so having direct experience and evidence of being customer focused is essential.
- Knowledge and experience in operations and business management.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent Information Technology skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork.
- The ability to build customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
