We are a small but experienced allied health consultancy dedicated to providing exceptional support to vulnerable individuals, including clients eligible for the NDIS, Medicare, and various insurance schemes.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- You will be office-based in our Sutherland Clinic, three days a week from 10 am to 3 pm (with flexibility)
- Oversees daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operation and efficient business functioning
- Support the clinical team in developing and maintaining practical and achievable workflow plans
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current and potential referring partners
- Facilitating a positive client experience, including supporting the onboarding and exit process
- Prepare, oversee, and facilitate periodic internal and external audits
- Work and support special projects.
Things You Will Need
- Practice management or administrative experience is essential
- Proficiency in using all manner of technologies related to administrative and office environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
- 1-2 years of leadership experience is highly desired
- Experience with the NDIS Medicare, DVA, Work Cover and CTP, and Private Health Insurance billings is preferred but not essential
- Above all, is a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
