Job description
As a Practice Manager, you will be the leader of our administrative team. You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice
Managing staff recruitment, training, performance, and rostering
Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and procedures
Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
Liaising with external stakeholders such as Medicare, health funds, suppliers, and contractors
We are looking for candidates who have:
Relevant qualifications in health management or administration
Extensive experience in managing a medical practice or a similar setting
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A thorough knowledge of the Australian health system and regulations
