Sydney Child Development Specialists is a multi-disciplinary paediatric clinic located on the North Shore. Our clinic comprises of developmental paediatricians and allied health professionals including psychologists and speech pathologists.
We offer comprehensive assessments, expert diagnosis, and ongoing care for developmental paediatric concerns such as ADHD, Autism, developmental delay, speech delays, learning difficulties etc.
Our clinic is in Lindfield, 2-minute walk from Lindfield train station and with ample all day street parking nearby.
The Role

Key responsibilities will include the following:
Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of running a multi-disciplinary team
Lead and mentor the front desk reception team and provide ongoing support and guidance
Identify areas of improvement within existing workflows and document new policies and procedures
Assist the Practice Director with strategic planning and business initiatives
Provide detailed onboarding and training for new staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and legal requirements
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Practice Manager/Senior Receptionist in a Medical or Allied Health practice
Previous experience in managing staff
Ability to identify and resolve daily issues & problems
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail
IT skills (Microsoft 365, Practice Management Software - preferably Halaxy)
