We’re looking for a Practice Manager who wants to be part of something meaningful
The role is to support the implementation of best practice processes, improve the practice’s efficiency, achieve growth, and monitor KPIs inclusive of the following:
- Financial performance
- Patient numbers
- Cost control
- Project management
- Hiring, training, and mentorship of support staff
The right candidate will have the following:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Practice Manager or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A supportive nature
- Excellent communication skills to provide specific, immediate, and ongoing feedback as required
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to create a harmonious team, encouraging the inclusion of all team members, and building a positive team culture.
