Role Overview:

Supercare Dental & Cosmetics is recruiting for a Practice Manager at its Corrimal clinic. This role is perfect for those who derive satisfaction from bringing a smile to our patients' faces and have prior experience in dental reception duties. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our exceptional team of Dentists and Dental Assistants, ensuring seamless daily operations. This involves providing hands-on leadership to your team, comprising Dental Assistants and Receptionists, to deliver a diverse range of dental services to our patients.

Your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Financial Oversight: Managing clinic finances, including budgeting, invoicing, expense monitoring, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Enhancing Patient Experience: Ensuring the delivery of top-tier patient care, satisfaction, and safety standards.
• Ensuring Clinical Compliance: Guaranteeing adherence to relevant medical regulations, privacy laws, and practice policies.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and supervising Dental Assistants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with patients, Dentists, Health Funds, local suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Performance Management: Establishing and achieving key performance indicators within agreed-upon budgets for the center.
• Roster Management: Efficiently managing labour ratios, budgets, and scheduling to optimize operational effectiveness.
