We see a diverse range of clientele and since founding have expanded into government and corporate contracts across Australia. Due to upcoming Maternity Leave, we are looking for someone highly motivated and organised, who wants to share in the success of the business on a part-time fixed term Maternity Leave position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment and client experience.
- Manage and lead the administrative team, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency and meet business objectives.
- Business Development:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our business footprint.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management and administration.
- Demonstrated success in business development and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
- Familiarity within the allied health industry
