Due to upcoming Maternity Leave, we are looking for someone highly motivated and organised, who wants to share in the success of the business on a part-time fixed term Maternity Leave position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment and client experience.
- Manage and lead the administrative team, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency and meet business objectives.
- Business Development:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our business footprint.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management and administration.
- Demonstrated success in business development and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
- Familiarity within the allied health industry
