The Role:
As Practice Manager at Eyes Optometrists, you will be:
- Directly reporting to the Owner, supporting general practice management across both Richmond and South Yarra locations
- Support and grow our existing customer relationships
- Lead by example, showcasing your outstanding sales capabilities to meet customer needs
- Motivate and inspire the practice team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
- Mentor practice staff to achieve individual development goals
About You:
We are looking for someone who has the same value in strengthening relationships through our personal and individual service. Getting to know our customers is key to our success, and our next Practice Manager will support and grow both new and existing relationships. You are an experienced Practice Manager or Optical Dispenser, seeking an opportunity where you can showcase your skills and make your mark! Specifically, you will possess the following attributes:
- Qualification and experience in Optical Dispensing
- Proven track record in retail or sales to drive business growth
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong acumen with computer and POS skills
- Experience in leading a team to achieve business goals
- Ability to incorporate fashion, frames and lenses to tailor solutions to our customers’ needs
