Form of workAn exciting and full-time opportunity has arisen for a Practice Development Manager to join our Bupa Dental Care team.

We have more than 170 dental centres across Australia, many of these are Bupa branded (full or co-branded) dental centres within the Bupa exclusive Member's First Ultimate Network.
This is a hybrid role and will require regular travel. You are welcome to work from home or our Brisbane CBD office location when not travelling.
What will your day look like?
- A leader of leaders. A Practice Development Manager encourages their PM’s to be premier managers, by sharing ways to succeed, leading by example and being their main support.
- In this role you will provide operational and financial direction and influence for your group of practices, including team management, operational effectiveness, and compliance requirements, in line with agreed business strategy.
- Build strong relationships with all Practice Clinicians and employees. Lead, manage and develop Practice Managers, including providing expert advice and constructive guidance during practice visits.
- You will also have overall responsibility for P&L result in Support CO. practices. Supporting and influencing positive outcomes for P&L in Partner CO. practices.

What do I need?
- 5+ years’ experience in a business or relationship management role
- Experience in Healthcare and direct interactions with Practitioners
- A current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel
- Demonstrated ability to grow business and a passion for business growth
- Exception interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability managing geographically disperse teams remotely
- Advanced business systems skills and experience
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office)
