AddressFamily Care Medical Centre have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a Casual basis with the possibility of Permanent Part Time.
3-5 shifts per week available
Delivering quality clinical nursing services to our patients your duties would include:
- Chronic disease management
- Patient Triage
- Immunisations including travel vaccines
- Wound Care
- Health Assessments
- Recall & Reminder Management
- Co ordination of the Treatment Room
- Cold Chain Management
- Sterilistaion
- Assisting Doctors in procedures
- Iron Infusions
- ECG's
- Patient education and support
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Practice Nurse experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management
- Knowledge of MBS item numbers for care plans and health assessments
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- Medical Director software experience an advantage
