Are you an experienced EN/EEN/RN or New Graduate with a clinical background in Primary Health Care?
We invite you to become a valued member of our growing healthcare team. We are seeking a team player with strong critical thinking skills, who can work both independently and collaboratively in our dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement nursing interventions with a commitment to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice.
- Conduct Health Assessment’s, GP Management Plans & Team Care Arrangements.
- Cold chain management
- Assisting with NIP Immunisation programs
- Assisting with minor + major surgical procedures, removal of sutures and wound care.
- Assisting with Iron Infusions
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Primary Health Care Setting.
- Offer healthcare-related education to patients as needed.
Requirements:
- You have the current authority to practice as EN/EEN/RN with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
- Previous experience in Primary Health Care or a willingness to learn.
- Current CPR or ALS certificate
- You have demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Nurse Immunisation Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Evidence of COVID-19 + Influenza Immunisations
