Practice Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join this purpose built beautifully appointed mixed billing clinic in Karingal Frankston. We are open to part-time or casual hours for 2 days per week, Monday's and Thursday's. Hours can be flexible to fit around school hours. 

The clinic opened in September 2023 and is growing successfully in the local community. We run 15-minute consultations and focus on preventative medicine with our patients.

The Role

• You will becaring, compassionate and empathetic in your approach to patients
• You are skilled at remaining calm in difficult situations and have the ability to resolve matters pragmatically;

Key Responsibilities

You will be a vital member of the team in contributing to the success of the Practice, with key responsibilities entailing;

• Wound Management;
• Immunisations;
• Procedures;
• Health Assessment and CDMs;
• Treatment Room & Stock Management;
• Triage – over the phone and in person;
• Infection Control

• Karingal/Frankston, Melbourne

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered
• You will be required to provide full working rights and a current Working with Children Check or apply for one before commencing employment 
• Current Police check
