Sydney BMW is looking for the perfect candidate to join our team as a Pre-Delivery Coordinator!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the logistics of receiving and movement of New and Used BMW’s from transport to the Dealership.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure that the car is suitable for on-time handover.
- Assist Delivery Coordinator with the vehicle preparation prior and post-delivery.
- Coordinate and manage vehicle re-conditions work and all body repairs.
- Communicate with Delivery Coordinator to ensure delivery time of the vehicle is suitable to client’s request.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Use of Titan DMS preferrable.
- Experience in a similar role desirable.
