That's why the world's leading maritime, defence & government, energy and aerospace organisations trust us when it matters most and why we have been awarded the Gold Award by the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The role :

Due to an internal promotion, we have a unique opportunity to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator, working in fast paced manufacturing facility within the Marine Safety Equipment industry.

  • Compare shipping routes or methods to determine which provide the best customer outcome, optimise cost to serve and have the least environmental impact
  • Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of landing or shipping orders, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and meets required regulatory standards
  • Record shipment data accurately, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages or discrepancies; calculate costs to transfer accurately and ensures an effective process is in place for packing, sealing, labelling, affixing prepaid postage and securing appropriate transfer paperwork with the goods
  • Provide effective coaching and mentoring of supply chain colleagues to raise awareness and importance of delivery standards and measures
  • Deal with internal and external questions, concerns, and issues, seeking to answer those questions effectively and rectify any problems, damages, shortages or non-conformance to specifications
