Form of workWe are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Delivery Manager to join our dealership network in South East Queensland. As an Automotive Pre-Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Pre-Delivery department, including overseeing the team of technicians, workshop flow, and driving business growth. You will have a proven track record of success in leadership or supervisory roles within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of automotive service technicians and vehicle detailers
- Oversee the day to day activities of the Pre-Delivery department including vehicle management and workshop flow while being productive
- Supporting others in the team as required
- Ensuring efficient operations of the Pre-Delivery department
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previously held a supervisory role, leading others and managing work schedules
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Superior time management skills and a commitment to meeting objectives
- Passion for what you do and a desire to help the team to succeed
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player whom wants to embrace and enhance our team culture
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or tertiary qualifications in automotive management would be advantageous
- Valid Australian Driver’s licence
