We are currently looking for motivated and experienced Security Manager with excellent leadership skills and customer service, who thrive as part of a high-performance team. You will lead a professional team, delivering a service offering to one of our largest commercial clients, right here in Paramatta!
You will:
- Manage a major precinct with multiple assets including retail
- Lead and oversee a team of 20+ security staff members to provide expertise and guidance in the day-to-day operations
- Manage rosters and timesheets
- Manage and lead incident and response requirements
- Work collaboratively and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive a customer focused security service at all times, ensuring that the service delivery is timely, effective and efficient that meet customer needs
About You:
- Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Security experience premium in Commercial environment
- Have great customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing a large security team
