Press Brake Sheetmetal Operator

Glegg Manufacturing is a family owned and operated business situated in Brendale, Brisbane Northside.  We specialise in Sheetmetal (roofing, gutters, downpipes, etc) as well as Heritage roofing. 

We re currently looking  is looking for a reliable person to become part of our team who has skills within the metal industry and has operated a pressbrake sheet metal folding machine.  Immediate start if possible and the position provides an opportunity for the right person to have ongoing employment within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ability to read and understand drawings
• determine job specifications
• efficiently and effectively maintain workflow 
• work as a team or autonomously 
• follow WHS procedures

Requirements:

• current forklift licence an advantage
• problem solving mindset
• attention to detail 
• previous sheetmetal experience 

The position will be fulltime, a 38hr working week with a 3 month probationary period.
