Job Description:

As our CNC Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sheet metal components according to specifications. Your attention to detail, precision, and expertise in working with Steel and Aluminum will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately produce sheet metal components.

Metal Cutting and Shaping: Utilize cutting, bending, and shaping equipment to create precise sheet metal parts.

Welding and Assembly: Perform welding and assembly tasks to join sheet metal components into finished products.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.

Machine Operation: Efficiently operate CNC Press Brake.

Material Handling: Manage raw materials efficiently, including loading and unloading materials as needed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience or qualification as a Sheet Metal Fabricator in a manufacturing environment.

Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, accurate measurement, cutting, welding, and assembly.

Knowledge: Familiarity with various metals and their properties. Understanding of different welding techniques.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Team Player: Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues that may arise during the fabrication process.

General: Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
