- Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, lead a fast paced, proactive team, and supportive team.

- Lead & manage a team of Claims Administrators, as well as provide occasional ad-hoc support to the other claims teams.
- Oversee claims lodgement and payment processing & management of windscreen claims and mailboxes, to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Be the 2IC to the Claims Operations Manager, providing advice to the team on lodging new claims, managing windscreen claims, supporting phone calls, triaging emails, processing, and authorising payments, and claims reporting.
- Provide training & coaching to individuals within the Claims Admin team regarding, but not limited to, claim management, policy guidelines, processes, and quality.

- Experience: Team leadership of high-volume teams, particularly in the insurance industry. Your ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team is unmatched.
- Strategic Thinking: Able to prioritise teams’ volumes and workloads. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall claims performance.
