Your new roleAs the Team Leader for Claims Operations, you will get support from your Manager and autonomy to lead and grow. Key aspects of your role will be:

• Lead & manage a team of Claims Administrators, as well as provide occasional ad-hoc support to the other claims teams.
• Oversee claims lodgement and payment processing & management of windscreen claims and mailboxes, to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
• Be the 2IC to the Claims Operations Manager, providing advice to the team on lodging new claims, managing windscreen claims, supporting phone calls, triaging emails, processing, and authorising payments, and claims reporting.
• Provide training & coaching to individuals within the Claims Admin team regarding, but not limited to, claim management, policy guidelines, processes, and quality.
• Opportunity to get involved in project work and be part of our new ways of agile working.

• Experience: Team leadership of high-volume teams, particularly in the insurance industry. Your ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team is unmatched.
