Pricing Analyst
Salary National £25,000-£40,000 London £30,000-£45,000
This is a job for someone who is looking for new opportunity and wants to be a part of the development and implementation of technical and street pricing strategies for regional SME Commercial products.
Part of the team is responsible for reviewing and changing prices for Commercial Motor, Property and Liability business, and the other part is focussed on the development of analytical tools. This role could fit into either, depending on the skillset.
A bit about the job:
Working within a team of pricing experts, the role will be responsible for delivering accurate technical and street pricing on commercial lines of business and for developing and enhancing the analytical framework that supports this.
Key aspects of the role include:
Analysis of live pricing ensuring that it is accurate and robust.
Pricing recommendations based on commercial / market feedback.
Development of analytical tools to support pricing recommendations.
Support the delivery of the financial plan.
Contribution to constructive intra-team working and personal development agendas.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Highly numerate with strong analytical capability
Strong PC skills including expertise in Microsoft Office and coding in R
Works in a collaborative manner with peers
High levels of enthusiasm with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Starting salary between £25,000 and £45,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
