Job package

• Up to $114,000.00 per annum + 11% superannuation
• Salary sacrificing options available
• Weekly allowance of $600 per week
• FIFO role! Fly/drive out on Monday mornings and return on Fridays
• Based in Cape York, Cains. Candidates should either reside in Cairns or willing to relocate to Cairns

The locationCape York is a rugged and remote region located near Tropical North Queensland. It's known for its stunning natural beauty, diverse wildlife, and rich indigenous culture. The region is home to a diverse array of flora and fauna, including rare and endemic species. Visitors to Cape York can experience a range of outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, camping, and wildlife watching. It's also an important cultural area, with many indigenous communities preserving their traditional way of life and sharing their knowledge and heritage with visitors.

To Qualify for this role you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active registration with the Australian Health Practice Registration Authority (AHPRA) as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
• Queensland Immunisation Endorsement.
• Proven track record as a Practice Nurse or Registered Nurse in a Primary Health Care environment.
• Advanced proficiency in clinical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and assessing complex client care within the Primary Health Care spectrum.
• Strong nursing acumen to effectively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Familiarity with the historical and contemporary challenges facing Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities, especially in Cape York.
• Possession of a valid Queensland Driver's License.
