The role
Reporting to the Manager Talent Development, you will design, manage and deliver learning and development solutions that contribute to the effectiveness and high performance of Queensland Health employees.
The successful person
You will have:
- Proven success in the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that contribute to the readiness, effectiveness and high performance of employees in a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to manage major projects and achieve high level results at the organisational level
- Proven high level interpersonal communication, facilitation, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading people and teams.
