Job Title: Principal Business Dev Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Lead the sales and technical consulting function for Workforce productivity and competency (WPC) across the APAC Region, focusing on business sales strategy and attainment of financial goals and other KPI's
Market segmentation and sales strategy alignment with regional stakeholders
Ensuring availability of sales collateral (where required in local language)
Focusing on larger and mega projects initiatives (opportunities greater than $1M), Work with Honeywell Leadership to develop and implement strategies to grow the Workforce Excellence business year over year
Identify opportunities, manage & plan accounts, articulate & deliver value proposition
Work with Honeywell regional Sales to identify opportunities in the region. Drive the client engagement with Sales from initial meeting to proposal phase.
Take ownership of scouting customers with intent to purchase and generate the first approach
Secure workshop opportunities and team up with key Account Management team, to understand the client's needs.
Generate post workshop report with findings and recommendations
Assist with project execution in an advisory and consultative role by assisting delivery teams with Workforce Excellence delivery plans. Track project metrics and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and services, and operationalize execution strategy
Work with Marketing to produce collateral and marketing materials for marketing campaign to generate client awareness and interest.
Working with regional Sales and Service (LSS) management generate first time proposal to meet the needs of clients to include efforts and delivery strategies
Work with LSS Pole growth leaders to generate leads and close business
Manage individual pipeline and win rate to expected sales targets. Monitor and communicate performance and business metrics on a monthly basis to your Leadership.
Support O.R.C.A deployments in region as a part of WPC pipeline and orders growth.
Collaborate with WPC core team to educate internal Sales by conducting webinars and generating sales packages. Honeywell Internal
Interface with regional peers to implement best practices, lean administration and order generation
Use established processes and procedures to conduct daily business
Be compliant on all EH&S requirements, policies, and procedures
Based in Brisbane (Australia) and be ready to travel per the demands of the position to cover the region (60% travel). Key Success Factors (Key Metrics / KPIs / Deliverables) Regional Sales Strategy aligned with local sales and LOB

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree and/or tertiary level technical/engineering and/or operations qualification.
Total 10+ years of experience, out of which at least 5 years of work experience in process industry. -Preferred in Oil & Gas and/or Refining industry and 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations or Business Development; preferred around delivery of Workforce programs and/or new digital transformation products
Excellent client interaction and communication skills
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Proficient in English. Any other Asian language is a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills, aware of balancing budget, schedules, and quality.
