We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Enterprise New Business Development Manager to join our team in Perth.

Role Overview:

As an Enterprise New Business Development Manager at NEXION Networks, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your primary focus will be on bringing in net New Business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability. We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development and account management within the IT and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Cultivate New Business

Proactively seek out and identify New Business opportunities within the enterprise sector. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, fostering lasting relationships based on trust and value.

Client Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.

Sales and Marketing Planning: 

Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote our services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling solutions that align with client needs and market demands.

Solution Development: 

Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative and tailored solutions. Ensure that our offerings align with market trends and client expectations, providing a competitive edge in the industry.

Reporting and Analysis: 

Provide regular updates and detailed reports on Business Development activities, outcomes, and market insights. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven Industry Experience: 

Demonstrated success in Business Development, sales, and account management within the IT and technology industry. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical Proficiency: 

Strong understanding of Cloud, ICT, and networking solutions. Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends is a definite advantage.

Communication Skills: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Problem-Solving Skills: 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess client needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their requirements effectively.

Team Player: 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small, tight-knit team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
