Key Skills & experience:
There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;
- You will be Degree level qualified in business, commerce, STEM or related discipline.
- You will have exceptional experience in building and cultivating effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders from idea initiation to delivery.
- You will be able to demonstrate considerable experience in guiding teams to deliver performance improvements particularly of a step-change scale or within a transformational context.
- You have turned information into actionable insights utilising advanced data collection, collation and analytical skills, within a complex and transient commercial setting.
- Partner and work along with senior leaders of business units or groups; supporting Manager – Transformation Performance Improvement; to prioritize issues, co-design solutions and implementation plans
- Drive strategic thinking to jointly develop solutions for high-value and complex problems, collaborating with senior leaders in the business and subject matter experts, in line with the objectives of the broader program
- Lead discussions with senior stakeholders in the business to get buy-in on recommended actions, insights, and path forward
- Lead the feasibility of improvement opportunities from high level concept through to business case sign off, through effective facilitation.
- Uses effective change management techniques to ensure stakeholders impacted by the change have brought into the improvements
- Support and coach leaders and teams on improvement methodologies and support implementation of projects and initiatives to build a culture of business improvement
