Your new role
- Are you a Senior Civil Engineer looking for your next challenge? This role gives you the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.
- Guide the team to accomplish goals outlined in the Civil Buildings business strategy.
- Oversee overall team performance, encompassing people management, technical leadership, business development, project, and operational management.
- Foster collaboration and cross-selling across APAC business units by sharing information, providing support, and coordinating project resources for the company's collective benefit.
- Supervise staff to attain established goals, strategies, and KPIs.
- Implement company systems and policies to uphold technical performance standards and mitigate professional liability.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Directors to align project outcomes with budgetary constraints, preventing overruns in time or cost.
- Implement project improvement plans in coordination with Project Managers and Project Directors when needed.
- Ensure sufficient project/proposal resourcing by collaborating with Project Managers and Project Directors.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Substantial experience working in civil infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business development skills and client relationship management experience.
- Excellent technical report writing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with team members, senior management, and external partners to deliver client-focused outcomes.
- Successful track record in leading others.
