The Role and our BranchWe encourage all applicants with diverse professional experiences to apply.Asset Planning and Services is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Principal Consultant - Business Cases.If successful you will lead the development of infrastructure Business Cases for capital investment projects, which will include engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders and working with consultants. This role will require you to undertake the assessment of school curriculum requirements and asset condition to identify potential asset solutions to meet the Department’s service requirements. In addition, you will also need to draft parts of or entire Business Cases as well as project managing the development of other Business Cases.The successful applicant will contribute to the Branch’s strategic directions and business plans creating an awareness of best practice, trends and issues concerning the core functions of the Branch.   • complete any training specific to this role required by Departmental policy
