We now have immediate opportunities for 2 Principal Consultants as part of our Leadership and Talent team whose work is all about having the very best people working in and leading the sector because that means even better services for communities.

We’re looking for people with a record of leading teams and who understand contemporary leadership development and/or talent management approaches.

One position is a 2 day a week job share to 30 September 2024 (with possibility of extension and/or permanency full time) to create and roll out a new talent management approach, and implement and evaluate Building Leadership Impact in the sector.

The second position is from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 (with possibility of extension and/or permanency) to curate, design and deliver leadership development initiatives for the sector.
