Job description: Located in Sydney CBD - with access to hybrid work arrangementsOngoing full time opportunity (35 hours per week)Salary ranging from $139,787 to $ 161,663pa. Plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your roleYou will be the technical delivery lead on platform and project builds for building and maintaining optimised and highly available data pipelines that facilitate data management and data analytics solutions using tools available on the division's platform. You will also have management responsibility for a team. What you'll doReporting to the Director Data and Analytics you will develop data processing frameworks and data architectural approaches that scale to handle the business's growing demands. This is a hands-on role which requires highly technical expertise to deliver data and analytical services including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting, and strives to continuously develop new and improved Data Engineering capabilities. What we're looking forWe are looking for someone with an extensive background in software and Data Engineering and relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated currency of knowledge in the areas of data products. You will have extensive experience working with highly complex data and systems and working with limited budgets, resources and time constraints. You have experience developing data pipeline architecture and maintenance of multiple platforms and data systems. Knowledge of justice systems would be an advantage.
