Principal Electrical Engineer

• Lead a team of skilled technical professionals to ensure project objectives are met with a professional and unified approach
• Act as an intermediary between project, commercial, and commissioning teams, driving a culture of unity and collaboration
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure alignment of technical and commercial expectations, and monitor project completion and budgetary requirements

About you:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications in project management or leadership
• Strong understanding of engineering and design principles
• Experience in selection of electrical equipment, control systems, and instrumentation
• Excellent communication skills, confidence in team collaboration, and a sound understanding of statutory and industry standards and specifications
• Proven ability to drive the culture to unify the team and support project, commercial, and commissioning teams for the best possible business outcomes
• Demonstrated track record in supporting Tender Development, Project Delivery, Operations, and R&D activities
