We are currently seeking a Principal Engineer to join our newly established business team and contribute to the selection and expansion of our engineering team, focusing on product design, development, and realization.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize 3D CAD design to create models that seamlessly integrate into our VR/AR simulation software for client presentations and ergonomic assessments prior to manufacturing.
- Oversee the formation of an internal engineering team specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Design, Process Safety, Hazardous Area, and Process/Production.
- Directly manage this small team, while also overseeing the coordination and management of any External Providers required for specialized design segments.
- Facilitate practical field experience opportunities for Trainee Engineers through partnerships with local universities.
- Lead the engineering team in optimizing concept designs and ensuring the quality of end products from inception to delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in process engineering within the Industrial, Oil & Gas, Defence, or Aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in design, construction, and operation of processing plants and equipment.
- Experience in Product Design, 3D design modeling, simulation, and Project Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of multidisciplinary engineering services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Familiarity with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or PRO/II is highly desirable.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to the establishment of a global-reaching business adhering to the highest international standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the determination to achieve the best quality outcomes regardless of task size.
