About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Intensive case management, including strategy development and implementation, for schools
* Differentiated support for schools aligned to the Equity and Excellence strategy
* Coordinated approach to address identified priority issues or improvement initiatives across the state or multiple regions as applicable
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders e.g. Principals and Business Managers
* In-depth data interrogation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Formulate and share insights and strategies with stakeholders
* Prioritise schools and issues in consultation with the FAS Manager
* Strategic advice and capability development with stakeholders
The role will involve some travel but most work will be completed from the base location.
