The role
Due to the continuous growth of our organisation, our recruitment team is growing too! We are seeking proactive and forward-thinking Recruitment Advisor to join our team and be part of the exciting times ahead. You will work in a collaborative team of high performing, positive and passionate individuals and will manage a portfolio of corporate roles. You will be a true business partner, comfortable in managing stakeholder relationships and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
What you will do
- Source top talent using multiple attraction methods, including managing incoming applications and using various tools to proactively find candidates. E.g LinkedIn, Seek, and referrals and other relevant sourcing methods.
- Successfully manage candidates from application through to onboarding whilst providing an exceptional experience.
- Provide insights to the team and business on market trends, best hiring practice and relevant industry updates
- Drafting advertisements that attract and engage candidates for positions.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team, L&D and business partners to drive business outcomes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and business partners to deliver on recruitment requirements in a timely and cost-effective way.
About you

Key requirements include:
- Previous experience within internal or agency recruitment, preferably white collar.
- A passion for sourcing and securing the best talent in the market and providing a great candidate experience.
- Ability to work alongside senior leaders within the business to deliver on recruitment objectives
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach.
- Qualifications in Business/Human Resources or related field (desirable).
- Above all else you will have a positive and a proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency and you will believe in working hard but having a lot of fun along the way!
