About the school:
Irene McCormack Catholic College, a vibrant co-educational secondary school in Butler, is seeking an inspiring and visionary Principal to lead our community.
The College embraces its partnerships with St Andrew’s Parish, Clarkson, and the parish primary schools of St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School and St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School. Additionally, the College welcomes families from other schools and faith backgrounds. We are grounded in the charism of Saint Mary MacKillop and Sr. Irene McCormack, fostering a Christ-centred, child-focused environment that encourages courage and resilience.
We aspire to be a leader in contemporary education, integrating digital technologies and innovative teaching practices. Our goal is to maintain high academic and pastoral standards, promoting independent learning, critical thinking and a passion for life-long learning among our students.
Our strong pastoral care system and vibrant House structure support our core values of Prayer, Service and Justice, aligned with the Quality Catholic Education Framework. We value parent involvement and are committed to continuous improvement through our Strategic Plan 2024-2027 and the new Master Capital Development Plan.
