Our vision is one of equity and excellence in a progressive, high performing education system that realises the potential of every student.Your role:A primary focus for the Principal Officer will be contributing to the employment of school-based positions, through coordination and management of recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as providing support to the management of the Wellbeing Workforce. This will include:
- Act as hiring manager for recruitment processes
- Coordinate end-to-end panel processes, from posting of job advertisements to submission of selection documentation
- Manage recruitment processes on the Department's recruitment platform Springboard, and local recruitment tracking databases
- Assist with development and implementation induction and onboarding programs for new wellbeing professionals in collaboration with schools and the Wellbeing Workforce team
- Support the ongoing functions of the Wellbeing Workforce in the region through the preparation and submission of reports, team coordination, and school consultation
- The Principal Officer will also work closely with the regional team to deliver other work activities to support the delivery of wellbeing workforce services in the Region.
